Hey, are you informed about likely date of possession? Should take one more year it seems?
In order to help you with metric, let me break it down for you guys: Suppose there are x 3bhk bolcks and y 2bhk blocks and z amenities like roads, parks, clubs, etc. So 3 major components. Now, in every block, since there are mainly 8 steps or more, let's give them a weightage. Excavation - 20% PCC - 10% 1st floor - 15% 2nd floor - 15% 3rd floor - 15% 4th floor - 15% Lift, electricity, water, furniture, finishing - 10% So now you can break the equation and apply weighted calculation to come with completion percentage Calculate individual weighted completion average of each major components x,y,z Let's take number of 3bhk blocks is 800, and we know completion stages of each block of these 800. Then just calculate weighted completionby multiplying the number of blocks with respective completion %ages ((20%*300) + (60%*400) + (30%*100))/(300+400+100) = 41.25% So 3bhk block completion rate is 41.25% Same do for 2 bhk blocks and amenities Now let's say you get theae %ages finally: 3bhk blocks (800 blocks/3200 3bhks) = 41.25% 2bhk blocks (100 blocks/400 2bhks) = 30% Amenities arena (estimated equivalent to 50 blocks) = 10% Final completion of project M3M antalya hills = ((41.25%*800)+(30%*100)+(10%*50))/(800+100+50) = 38.42% Hence M3M antalya hills is approximately 39% completed
M3M - you guys show this same video every month and mention from 3rd floor construction to earth excavation is in progress in all blocks😂😂 Do you guys know that update or progress report need to have metrics. So basically if 100% of the work is there, how much %afe is completed would be a better way to show in the beginning of the video. The way you are showing is making no sense!
Zero progress on tower 10 in last 2 months consecutively ? Why ? Phase 2 towers also started and progressing well but tower 10 is stopped looks like.

Useless Builder...They just took your money by lucrative schemes and marketing activities and stopped responding after them... They changed schemes in between the project and there is huge difference in what they say and what they document...They diverge a lot from what promised
